I’m Dr. Lisa Cardello, an advocate for career development and mental health. With a PhD in Counseling and Supervision from Kean University, my research dives into how mentorship shapes career satisfaction and adaptability among licensed counselors. As a proud two-time alumna of TCNJ and a Rider University grad, I bring a wealth of educational and counseling expertise to the table.
Beyond academia, I'm deeply involved in counseling organizations like NCDA and IARTC, where I serve as an Editorial Reviewer for Trauma Counseling and Resilience. My journey includes leadership roles, from past president of the NJ Career Development Association to steering career readiness at Rowan College. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and MBTI Certified Professional, I blend practical experience with a passion for helping others thrive.
