Meet Lisa
I’m Dr. Lisa Cardello, and I’m deeply committed to helping people navigate career decisions with clarity and confidence. For the past 13 years, I’ve provided career counseling and consulting in a variety of settings—including colleges, private practice, and vocational training programs—and have worked with clients at every stage, from college students and career changers to retirees. I’m especially passionate about the deep connection between our work and our wellbeing, and helping people find careers that support both. In addition to being a career counselor, I also teach graduate-level counseling courses and train others to do this work as well.

As a licensed professional counselor (NJ) and certified career counselor (NCDA), I bring experience, empathy, and evidence-based strategies to every conversation.
